Manifest the life you dream of, one gentle daily ritual at a time. Pin the light-filled bedroom, the stronger body, the turquoise water. Then let Vision turn it into goals with small steps, a morning affirmation and a private gratitude & mood journal that's only yours.
Someday becomes a picture. The picture becomes a plan. The plan becomes a Tuesday morning that already feels like your new life.
01How it works
From dreaming it to living it, in three gentle steps
A board only works if you look at it. So Vision puts yours where you'll see it every morning, and gives you one small thing to do next.
01
Picture the life you want
Choose a life area and a layout, then fill it with photos and words that make your heart beat a little faster. Home, body, love, money, travel: all of it belongs.
02
Begin each morning with intention
Open Today with your coffee. Read an affirmation, check in with your energy, and choose one intention to carry with you.
03
Take the next small step
Turn any dream into a goal with a date and tiny milestones. Tick one off, feel the shift, and watch someday start to take shape.
02Your digital vision board
See it so clearly it starts to feel familiar
Crisp white linen and slow Sunday light. The quiet strength of a body you look after. Warm water so clear you can see your toes. Your board is where the life you want finally gets a shape, in one beautiful place you'll actually want to open.
Not a mood board you forget. A morning view of where you're going.
Linen, morning light, nowhere to be. · Strong & rested. ·A glow that starts on the inside.
03Why it works
Gentle daily habits, backed by research
Vision isn't magic. It's a few small habits that research says help, in one calm place, so who you're becoming has somewhere to start each day.

Seeing it, then planning it
Studies suggest picturing the life you want works best when you also think through the steps and what might get in the way. Dreaming alone can even lower effort. Picturing the process, not just the result, helped students prepare better.
In Vision: every board sits right next to your goals and milestones.
Specific goals tend to help more than "do your best", and simple if-then plans ("When it's 7:30, I go to Pilates") make follow-through more likely.
In Vision: goals with a date and small, doable milestones.
Locke & Latham, goal-setting theory · Gollwitzer & Sheeran, 2006
Tracking progress
A review of 138 studies found that keeping an eye on your progress made reaching a goal more likely, especially when progress was written down.
In Vision: tick off each milestone and watch the bar fill.
Harkin et al., 2016, Psychological Bulletin
Daily gratitude
People who wrote down what they were grateful for reported feeling better about their lives, and more optimistic, than comparison groups.
In Vision: the gratitude journal, a few warm lines a day.
Emmons & McCullough, 2003
Journaling
Writing about your thoughts and feelings has been linked to benefits for wellbeing in many studies.
In Vision: a private journal with a gentle prompt each day.
Pennebaker, expressive writing research
Noticing your mood and energy
A quick daily check-in helps you spot your own patterns: what lifts you, and what drains you.
In Vision: the morning check-in, energy 1 to 10 and a mood word.
A simple habit, not a research claim
Also in your morning: gentle affirmations. Reflecting on what matters to you has been shown to help people stay open under pressure (Cohen & Sherman, 2014).
Vision supports good habits; it isn't therapy or medical advice.

Can an app really help me manifest the life I want?
No app can promise that, and we won't. What Vision can do is help you get clear on what you want, see it every morning, and break it into small steps you actually take. The dreaming is yours. Vision just gives it a gentle daily home.
Does visualisation really work?
It helps most when it's paired with a plan. Research on "mental contrasting" (Oettingen, 2014) found that imagining what you want works best when you also think about the steps and what might get in the way; dreaming alone can even lower effort. That's why every board in Vision sits next to goals and small milestones. It's a helpful habit, not a guarantee.
Is my journal private?
Yes, completely. Only you can read your journal. It is never shared or shown to anyone else, so you can write the honest version.
Is the vision board app free?
Yes. Free gives you 2 boards, 3 goals with milestones, 1 saved collection, plus Today, the journal and reminders, forever, with no card needed. Vision Plus is $5 a month or $50 a year for unlimited boards, goals and collections, and downloads without the watermark.
What happens if I stop Plus?
Nothing is deleted. Your extra boards and goals are kept safe and read-only, and you choose which ones stay open. Your dreams wait for you.
Can I download my board as a wallpaper?
Yes, in portrait or landscape, so your board greets you every time you pick up your phone. Free downloads carry a small watermark; Plus removes it.
Can I track my mood?
Yes. The morning check-in records your energy from 1 to 10 and an optional mood word, and your journal keeps them, so you can look back and notice what lifts you and what drains you.
Which devices can I use?
iPhone, Android and the web. Sign in with the same account and everything stays in step, wherever you are.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open You and choose Delete account. Your boards, photos, goals and journal are permanently deleted.
Someday starts this morning.
Begin the life you keep imagining
Make your first board tonight. Set one goal. Wake up tomorrow to a quiet minute that's just for you, and the next small step toward the life you want.
