This policy explains what information Vision by Infijoy (“Vision”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use the Vision app and website, why, and the choices you have. Vision is run by [COMPANY NAME], [COMPANY ADDRESS].

What we collect
Your account. Your email address, the name you’d like us to greet you by, and your password if you choose to use one (stored only as a secure hash, never in readable form). If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and name from them.
What you create in Vision. Your boards and their layouts, the photos you upload, titles and words you add, saved images and collections, life areas, goals and milestones, to-dos, affirmations you write or favourite, your daily check-ins (mood, energy and intention) and your journal entries, including gratitude, guided prompts and free writing.
Your settings. Appearance (light, dark or automatic), reminder time and days, and your time zone, which the app sets from your device so that “today” is right where you are.
Your plan. Whether you’re on Free or Plus, and for Plus, the identifiers our payment provider gives us for your customer account and subscription. We never see or store your card number.
Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and basic details of your browser when you load a page, to deliver it and keep the service secure.
We don’t collect your location, your contacts, or anything from other apps.
How we use it
- To run Vision for you: to show your boards, goals and journal on every device you sign in on.
- To keep you signed in and your account secure.
- To send the emails you need: sign-in links, password resets and, if you choose Plus, receipts and plan reminders. We don’t send a newsletter or marketing emails.
- To send the morning reminders you switch on.
- To provide Plus: to know your plan and apply its limits.
- To answer you when you write to us.
We don’t use your journal, boards or photos to advertise to you, we don’t sell them, and we don’t use them to train AI models.
Your journal is private
Your journal entries, check-ins and gratitude are visible only to you. They’re never shown on your boards, in downloads, or anywhere outside your Journal and Today. Our team does not read them. Access is limited to a small number of people who maintain the service, only when needed to keep it running or when you ask us for help.
Who helps us run Vision
We use a few trusted providers, each only for its part of the service:
- Supabase, for our database, sign-in and photo storage. Your data is stored in the European Union (Ireland).
- Cloudflare, to host the app and website and deliver them quickly and securely.
- Stripe, to take payments for Plus. Stripe handles your card details directly under its own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces the app and website use. Your browser fetches them from Google, which receives your IP address.
- An email service, to send sign-in links, resets and receipts.
These providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, they’re bound by contracts with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
We’ll only share your information with others if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our members or the service.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, we delete your account, your photos, boards, goals, journal and everything else in it straight away. Copies in our providers’ backups are overwritten in the normal course of their backup cycle.
If you’ve had Plus, our payment provider keeps records of payments for as long as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
- See and download your data: You → Export my data gives you a copy of everything you’ve written and set.
- Change it: you can edit or delete anything in the app at any time.
- Delete your account: You → Delete account removes your account and everything in it.
- Ask us: depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or Switzerland’s data protection law), you may also have the right to object to or restrict how we use your information, and to move it elsewhere. Write to us and we’ll reply within 30 days.
If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to your local data protection authority. We’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Our legal basis
Where data protection law asks us to name one: we use your information to provide the service you’ve signed up for (performance of a contract), to keep it secure and working well (our legitimate interests), and to meet legal obligations such as keeping payment records. Where we rely on your consent, such as for reminders, you can withdraw it at any time in the app.
Security
Your information is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access rules that let each member reach only their own data. Your photos are stored privately, not on public links. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.
Children
Vision is for people aged 16 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from younger children. If you think a child has given us information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make changes that matter, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
