These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY NAME], [COMPANY ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”), for your use of the Vision by Infijoy app and website (“Vision”). By creating an account or using Vision, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
Your account
You need to be at least 16 to use Vision. Please give a real email address and keep your sign-in details to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has access to it, change your password and let us know.
The Free plan
Vision is free to start, with no card needed. The Free plan includes 2 boards, 3 goals with milestones, 1 saved collection, your journal and Today, and board downloads with a small Vision watermark. We may change what Free includes, but we’ll never delete what you’ve already made because of a change.
Vision Plus
Plus gives you unlimited boards, goals and saved collections, and downloads without the watermark.
- Price. Plus costs $5 (USD) a month or $50 (USD) a year, plus any tax that applies where you live. The price is shown before you pay.
- Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year, and you’ll be charged the same price unless we’ve told you about a change in advance. If we raise the price, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from You → Manage subscription. You keep Plus until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- When Plus ends. Nothing is deleted. Everything you made stays in your account. Boards and goals beyond the Free limits are kept safe, and you can view them; to add more, you’d remove some or choose Plus again.
- Refunds. Payments aren’t refundable for partly used periods, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If something has gone wrong with a charge, write to us and we’ll look into it.
- Right of withdrawal. If you live in the EU or UK, you have 14 days to withdraw from a new subscription. By starting Plus straight away, you ask us to begin immediately, and you agree that if you then withdraw, we may keep a fair amount for the days you’ve already used.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We don’t see or store your card details.
Your content
Everything you put into Vision, including photos, words, goals and journal entries, stays yours. You give us permission to store, copy and display it only as needed to run Vision for you: to show it to you on your devices, keep backups and create the images you download. We don’t publish it, share it or use it for advertising.
Please only upload photos and words you have the right to use, for example your own photos or ones you have permission to use. Your boards are for your own personal use. Don’t use Vision to store or share anything unlawful, hateful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
Our content
The Vision app, its design, the built-in affirmations and journal prompts belong to us. You can use them within Vision and in the boards you download for your own personal use. Please don’t copy, resell or redistribute the app itself or its built-in content.
A note on wellbeing
Vision is a tool for reflection and small daily habits. It isn’t therapy, and it doesn’t give medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Research we mention on our website describes what studies have found on average; it’s not a promise of any result. If you’re struggling, please reach out to a professional or a local support service.
Keeping Vision running
We work to keep Vision available and your information safe, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we ever decide to close Vision, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice and a way to export your data.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from You → Delete account. This deletes everything in it and can’t be undone, so export your data first if you’d like a copy. If you have Plus, cancel your subscription first so you aren’t charged again.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or if we’re required to by law. Where we can, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can’t be limited by law.
Otherwise, Vision is provided “as is”. We aren’t liable for losses that weren’t reasonably foreseeable, for indirect losses, or for loss of data you could reasonably have protected by exporting it. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you don’t agree with the change, you can stop using Vision and delete your account; if you have Plus, you can cancel it.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY]. If you live elsewhere as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
